I am not sleeping very well and in the morning its so difficult for me to take my kid for school and watch for my other kid he is one year old,when i dont get a good night sleep at the next day i feel so hopeless because i didnt rest,and i dont feel good at all, since i listen to week 3 i realize how negative i was and i am trying to write every negative statement and answered with a positive one now i am in session 4 but i think session 3 its so important i am stock in session 3 but well i think i am going to stick to the program and just keep practising self talk, and change negative thinking its not easy but it can be possible, they say that not sleeping its a sign of depression but i dont know because when i sleep iam very diffrent i am more positive sleeping its a issue for me any sugestions?

Keep with the program and listen to the relaxation tape 2 or 3 times a day. Maybe that will help you. I have also heard of an herbal sleep aid called melatonin, but I have not personally tried that.
