Without a doubt for me - constant neg thoughts popping into my mind about everything has been my biggest struggle over the past year or so. I am very hopeful that the Program as a whole and now that I am starting week 3 - I can learn how to stop this cycle and have positive, happy, great thoughts pop into my mind! So here goes . . . . .
