I got the program a month ago and did ok for about two weeks. Then my husband and I got into a lil spat about my anxiety and i just stopped doing it. I know that i need to get back on it. Is anyone out there on week 4 and having any good progress? I think that i will start to pick up the program in the morning and try to get through 1 and 2 this week. Wish me luck!

I am on week four and I am having amazing progress. I use to have anxiety everytime I drove but now I dont. I do still have a problem with making eye contact with people when I am talking to them but I will get better. Razzer

I just started on week 5 and I am feeling so much better already... Keep it up and trust in yourself. Do you drink alot of caffeine? Maybe trying to cut that out will help. I know it has helped with my anxiety alot. I listen to the CD's on my way to and from work.. this is the best time alone I have to listen to them. Keep it up...you will get better!

I spent two weeks on session four and I finally have a medication that is working for me. I don't know if it's the Celexa, the program or both, but I am feeling a lot better. I've got a ways to go, but I am actually making progress. Just pick up where you left off and keep up the good work.
