Hi I don't know if I am doing this computer stuff right. I look to see if anybody wrote me back and my message isn't on there anymore. Please tell me what to do so I can participate.

I am overwhelmed by this program. I welcome any positive words. I should be on week three but freaked out and havent even started week two. Ive had three panic attacks and I feel one coming on whenever I attempt to begin again.

Well to begin with I had to put my email address and password on the new member spot. After I was registered then I went to new. I put in my subject and wrote. But when I would look a few days later it was gone. I think that maybe you have to look right away or something because I couldn't see the last posts that I did. I don't usually get on the computer this is the first time that I have ever talked to people online so hopefully it will work for you.

I should be on week 4 now and I just started week 2. I had family problems and gave up. But I started up again. I too have anxiety about it. I know that at some point you have to face your fears and that is what scares me. This is exciting to me too. I can't wait to be confident. Have you listened to the I'll be there for you c.d. That one gave me determination to keep going. Hang in there and keep trying. Have you saw a therapist yet. I am going to make an appointment on Thursday. Well I hope to talk again.

I don't know how to talk to a certain person. I also don't know how to check if anyone has wrote to me personally. I am not good with computers. So if you could help me a little if you can that will help. Also does new posts just last for a day or two. Because I tried to look up posts that I looked at a few days ago and they are gone. Also the ones that I did a few days ago are gone. Do you know why?
