Aloha!

It6's suggested that you do a quick scan of the entire program before your return/guarantee runs out, so that you can return it if you don't like it. I lost a major sum by being too ill to do the same.

All the best to you, fellow sufferer!
If you have any further questions that you'd like this one to answer or if you'd just like a dose of compassion, the services of this one are free.

Giving up on a new undertaking is NOT a SOLUTION! Some of us will pray for you. We don't know whether or not this program is the best solution for YOU, but prayer is unutterably powerful and can't fail to help you.

Please keep us posted, and all the best to you.

With Love,
Jeevee

Dear Pat,
It may be that you need some professional help. If you don't have insurance or your insurance won't cover it, try your local crisis hotline or your pastor/priest if you go to church. Also, I highly recommend the Chat Room here. I always feel better when I go although I don't go as often as I should. I have fallen away from the program even though I know I feel better when I work it and visit the site, but like my husband says, "Life is a series of comebacks." Don't give up, you can do this.

Praying for you,
kittylover

Hi, Iam country girl, I just joined the chat, but have been in the program since Feb. I can't exercise or walk as I always have since I need knee surgery. I hate gaining weight when I have been a very active young looking person even tho I am turning 75. I guess I feel sorry for my self, even tho I have never done that before. Help me.

You should be so proud of yourself, country girl, not all 75 yr olds are willing to try new things and work on self improvement. I am sure that keeps you young and happier, even if you can't exercise as much as you did before. Try just sitting on an exercise ball and it will strenthen your muscles just by sitting. Have a Great Day!

I just started the program today, im a little bit anxious, but excited. ive seen therapists before, and it didnt work for me. i dont want to take meds, one of my issues is not to be controlled by substances, and i believe clean is clean. so im looking forward to this new experience with hopefully a new attitude, usually im pretty negative. i hope to change that, and hope also to maybe have experienced something someone else is going through to maybe help each other, thanks for having me.

Hi my name is Brandy,
I am here because I am needing help with anxiety and depression. I was told about this by a friend, so I thought I would give it a shot. I do not have the program yet, but I am planning on getting it. The reason I am here is because I a person who worries alot, I have headaches/migraines everyday. I get out of control heart rates. My blood pressure has recently went up, it use to stay normal and now all of a sudden it has been high. I started having pressure in my head about 4 weeks ago, I went to the doctor 2 weeks after it started. I was scared that I may have a brain tumor. He diagnosed me with inner ear infection and put me on antibiotics. After my medication was gone, I still felt the same. I went back to the doctor and he ordered a CT scan and it came back and doctor stated I had inflammation behind my eardrum. He sent me to an ENT doctor, that doctor did not see anything wrong with my ear, but he did say that it still COULD be from inflammation. So he put me on a cortisone pack. I have completely took that pack and I feel the same. I have an appointment with a chiropractor on Monday, and will see my doctor again after that. Doctor also put me on clonazepam which is a nerve pill for my anxiety. I have been taking that a little over 1 week, all it really does for me is calms me down, "sometimes".
I am still feeling pressure in my head, I still have headaches. I get mood swings very easily. I am happily married, but at times our relationship seems strained. I have a 6 year old daughter and a 4 year old son, I tend to get impatient with. I just need some sort of help. If anyone would be interested in talking to me about this I would greatly appreciate it.
P.S. When I am doing things that I enjoy, I feel a little better.
P.S.S. I am a stay at home mother who hardly ever gets out of the house.
Thank you for reading my inquiry.

Brandy
