Does anybody have constant anxiety? I am recently retired and we bought a new house thinking our old house would sell and we would be able to pay off the mortgage on the new house. Well, that didn't happen. Now I have the biggest mortgage of my life, a house I can't sell and all I think about is how much better we would have been to stay put. So, I am in a constant state of anxiety over this and can't seem to think of anything else verses a panic attack over an event such as flying or speaking in a crowd. Will this program work on my problem too? Thanks.

You're lot further along in overcoming your anxiety because you know the exact source of the problem. I sympathize with your situation -- I'm a small business owner who is getting married in 3 weeks and having a baby in about 4 months. All of this happening during this tough economy.

I can tell you this -- the program can work. I'm just starting session 4, and I am starting to feel a change. With the program, I have finally found something that speaks directly about what I've been feeling off and on in the 3 1/2 years since I had my first panic attack. I'm able to define my anxiety, shape it, evaluate it, and practice techniques to overcome it.

This is your retirement--these can be your golden years. Think about it, you've managed to live a fruitful life, and just like all the times in the past, you'll get past your current struggles. Give the program a try, I believe it will help.

It is called Generalized Anixety Disorder (GAD). Look it up read about it then kick it's a#%.

I have it. It does interrupt your life when it is effect but when under control is a gift more so than anything else. You'll find out as you further go along in this program.
