Hi, I am into week two and this is my first time to use the forums. I am a little confused on how to use these so I am just trying stuff to see what I can learn. Do most people just browse the daily topics to see if there is a topic of interest to read and reply to? Any help on using this tool would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just do what you feel helps you the most. Some read topics of interest and reply if they feel they have something to add, some start new topics looking for help or because they have questions. Just enjoy and good luck on your journey to a new you!!

That is pretty much what I do. Sometimes if I need help in a certain specific area I will check and see if there is a topic that discusses it. If not and I have something to say I start a new one. I don't think there is a "Right" way to do it
Otherwise I will read through the topics and try to give support to someone who sounds as though they are having a rough time with something or give some input on something that I can relate to. Luckily, like I said...no "Right" way to join in. And you can just read the forums too. I think sometimes it helps just knowing that there are people out there that can relate to us and have gone through or are going through what we are.
Good luck and just enjoy yourself. But I do promise you will learn so much about yourself and your symptoms by just getting on here regardless of how much you do or don't actually write
