for the past 3 weeks now, my hubby and i been sleeping 1st in the living room then 2nd week we started sleeping in our tv rm. i didn't wanna sleepin our rm upstairs bec. that's where my 1st attack started. i always felt, it will happen again and that i also felt that everytime i'm in our rm, i can't breath. i'm on session 2 right now and they say face your fear so i did...last night!!!during the day the anticipation was not that bad at all. when bed time, i started feeling nervous so i started the breathing exercises and self talk (that was almost 10p) before i knew it, it was 545am already. WOW, i made it with no problems . last night also was the 1st decent sleep i had in days. even my hubby said, because last night he started hearing my snore again
oh wow.....i'm so happy for you. You should be so proud of yourself. I know how you mean, i've been there a couple of times, and I understand the part about sleeping all night through. You are awesome, congrats!!! You can do it, we can do it with the help of the good lord and ourselves.

CDLR, I can totally relate to having to face fears that are controlling you. I think it took great courage for you to do what you did and I'm glad it was of such benefit to you. I truly admire you because I have several fears that I seem unwilling to face and seem to be choosing to stay miserable rather than change. Kudos to you!
I am so happy for you and it's great that your hubby stayed by your side through all this. Kudos to both of you for working this out together. That's amazing and I wish you continued successes on your journey.
Take care, sleep well again, but keep the snoring down. LOL
BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!
