I listen to my CD's in my car on the way to work and home. Seems to be the only time I have to myself. I feel tired everyday when I wake up now. I don't know if that is normal? Did anyone else get the vitamins with the program? I was wondering if they were making me tired.
I'm sick of having panic attacks. I'm hoping this CD will help me find out how to stop them!

Laura,
Hi I'm so glad you are taking the time to do this for yourself. It will be the best thing you have ever done. It is so normal to be tired, exhausted. Anxiety completely drains you. Don't let it upset you, it will get better.
I know you are sick of the panic attacks, they are no fun at all. I have been there, and yes if you do this program faithfully, and do as they say, I assure you, your panic attacks will get better, your life will improve so much, you simply will be amazed. I wish you the very best on your journey to recovery. You truly have come to the right place.
Your New Friend
Angla

Thanks Angla! I'm starting this weekend with going on a hour and half trip by myself... I would talk myself into a panic attack driving in the car alone, on back roads.. but I am going to overcome this fear!

I too feel more tired than noraml. I am staying up later to put in the time it the program. So I know my schedule is a little off. I didn't order the vitamins. I am curious what sort of vitams are they. I know excerise always helps. You have to burn engery to make engery or you will have no engery. I think too, I am tired from trying to accept and float throught anxiety. I am hope next week the postive talking to ourself will help.

laura, Angla is right about anxiety draining our energy and if you have any depression at all it also makes us feel tired. You are doing the best thing for yourself but it takes time so try to hang in and know that very soon you will begin to feel like a brand new joy filled person who enjoys life, is able to live without panic attacks that rob us of so much.
I havn't had a panic attack in so long that I can't remember. I used to have anxiety attacks that lasted for days so this is what you can look forward to. Just work at a pace that's comfortable for you and enjoy each and every moment of this journey. We are here if you need help. Smiler

DaveM,
The vitamins are called Good Day and you should be able to find out about them through the MWC.
My husband is using them and feels they have helped him. I couldn't take them for some reason. I have problems with some vitamins and meds.
Your right about the exercising, and it helps with depression, panic and anxiety as well. The panic will lessen as you get farther into the program..I promise.Good luck to you!!!

BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!

I start my day at breakfast taking the Good Day vitamines. They work well for me when I do it that way.
