It's quite a book. It's called, "Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting", by Lynn Grabhorn. The style of writing is light and upbeat, and it is not a technical, heavy book. It basically deals with what we learn in Lesson 3 of our program, negative self talk. But in this book, she goes one step beyond and talks about how to FEEL things, and by doing that, creating peace in your life. I thought she was funny, refreshing, and had some good ideas.
