One of the best self-help books I've ever read is "Rapid Relief From Emotional Distress" by Gary Emery and James Campbell. It teaches you how to focus on choice by utilizing the ACT formula, accept current reality, choose what you want to create, and take action to realize your vision. It's ideas tie in nicely with the attacking anxiety program.

I will defintely get this book. It sounds good and like I can learn and/or relearn some knew tools for dealing with and conquering my anxiety and scary thoughts. I can always use another good book! |
