Hi everyone,
I'd like to recommend two books that I have been reading while going through this wonderful program. 1)The Emotional Energy Factor, The Secrets High-Energy People Use To Beat Emotional Fatique (Mira Kirshenbaum)-not exactly an anxiety book, but all about tips on how to keep from loosing your emotional energy where your totally drained and feel less motivated, less fueled, feeling like your just going through the motions w/same old routines, etc. A really positive book on how to become a better person and nourish yourself w/trying new things, having stuff to look forward to and taking care of you! I'm sure anxiety or depression can stem from not doing so, but this is really a good read. 2)Overcoming Anxiety for Dummies (Dummies Series book)-a lot of great advice and helpful tips, etc. like in this program and also another good book to maybe take a look at. ~Amy |
