Love Is A Choice by Drs. Mirnth and Myre. (not sure of spelling.
Other books that might help are books written to 'take you away' into the world of fiction such as one called Cold Sassy Tree. Not sure of the author. Sometimes the only way I can escape my depression/anxiety is to read. Writing is good too.
A very upbeat book is "The Joy Diet" by Martha Beck. A bit humorous and good advice on being happier. Anything by the Dalai Lama is extremely helpful, especially for Christians.

anson, im reading Boundaries again for the second time, and im doing the workbook to. Man, the first time i read it, i thought OMG, thats me. The second time around im finding out that not having any boundaries causes much anxiety. And setting them for yourself, really makes a big difference, in your life and the relationships you have. Thanks for suggesting the book, i hope others read it also. Nelly
I have read almost every book Janet Oke has written and I recomend them all. The stories are wonderful. I can't put the books down. The books teach a Godly way to live that is in line with God's word and I love each one of them.
