Literally just finished the book minutes ago; I thought it was VERRY god and very helpful, especially the last several chapters.
Now that I am done and have just started the Anxiety Program (Lession #1) I feel that the book is a very nice compliment to the program. The book is portable and much easier to access various sections then the tapes. I can see using the tapes at home/car and then cross reference certain topics in the book so you can place an emphasis on areas where you feel you may need a little extra help or support. In addition, posting onine is yet a third way to constantly be in the mindset tohelp you move ahead.
I think the KEY component here is the constant repetition of ideas, positive talk, etc. over and over again. This repetition not only reinforces your goals but it also helps you remember the key points and/or ideas presented in the program. Fro example, last Thursday and Friday were horrible days for me. I had massie panic attacks and chest pains and the fear just would nto leave. It affected not only myself but all those people around me. Since I just started the program I could not remember all of the points, phrases,e tc that I would have needed to help me get by this very difficult time. I feel that as I progress thru the program that my recall would help when these attacks occur again.
Peace,

Reading this book now from the local library. I would swear Lucinda has been living in my head. I find comfort when I read it and humor too. Would definitely reccommend!!!!!
