Susan jeffers wrote a great book that I think you would benefit this book, it doesnt only focus on anxiety but things that applied to life.. Also, she has a great affimatives in book that would help you.. I am almost done with her second book and am going to the third book.. Make sure you read the book in order...

"Feel the fear and do it anyway"
"Feel the fear and beyond"

They also have some skills you could use and some work to do...

I would strong recommend to read them..

Her third book is called
"End the struggle and dance with life" (I have not read yet)

Upon the recommendation of one of our members on here (thanks Kat), I ordered Fee the Fear and Beyond. It is an excellent book. I have ordered more Susan Jeffers books and signed up for her newsletteron her website. Great material and extremely inspirational and motivating.

Other wonderful book I just finish called embrace uncertaintly!

I too picked up "Feel the fear and do it anyway" today. I picked it up in audio book, so I can listen while I am driving. I have found audio books to be awesome, I even listen when I am cleaning the house. Our library has audiobooks on tapes or cd. Check it out, it is great for those that drive alot or sputter around the house cleaning or crafting.
