Has anyone read this e-book and does it work?

Yes, I have read this book and have practiced the strategy. It REALLY helped me a lot. Learning to welcome anxiety when it shows up has made me realize how much I was resisting anxiety. Resisting such that the anxiety was made worse. Plus, when you actually invite it in and ask such questions as " is that all you got?" Come on, give me all you have". Really made a difference for me.

samcat, I have the "panic away" program online!!! I have browsed through it, and I must say that it would be very helpful to those who are suffering from anxiety and panic attacks!!!
