As I have noticed with this program, it helps to read a little bit outside of it as well. (at least personally for me)"The World According to Garp" by John Irving was a book to help me realize that not only in a writers mind is there anxiety and depression from all walks of life, but also how sometimes it is not the end that matters, but what is done in the middle. I seriously recommend this book for all to read. (It can be mentally exhausting thought, good feeling but tiring)

I Loved this book-read it many years ago...did not see the "twist" in the middle, coming. That knocked me backwards...Do you think some anx. sufferers would find it too sad?? C.
