In addition to the skills taught in the program, ATTACKING ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, I recommend: WHITE BEARS AND OTHER UNWANTED THOUGHTS, by Wegner, also GETTING CONTROL, by Lee Baer. I will check on the spelling of his name when I get to work.

That's a start. There are more.

If you go back in the "archives" of this forum you will find some great hints and encouragement. Carolyn

Claire Weekes books "Peace from nervous suffering" and "hope and help for your nerves".

She touches alot on the topic of unwanted thoughts .
