I just checked out a book from the library called "The Worry Cure" by Robert Leahy. I'm only reading the introduction, but found myself laughing because the book is hitting my worry thought patterns right on the head in the description of "Seven Rules of Highly Worried People", including elements such as treating negative thoughts as if they were true and not accepting uncertainty. Has anyone read the book? I'll keep you posted if I continue to enjoy it.

I am only on Chapter 3 of the book. I still am enjoying it, but one of the chapters has a bunch of quizzes to take and I could see where it might make people more anxious or make you dwell on the results. "Oh no, I don't deal well with uncertainty". I've been able to downplay the results and use a "Tell me something I don't know" approach to the quiz results. I'm going to read the what you do about worry next.
