Anyone interested in doing a book study together? It's titled, "Stop Worrying About Your Health!" and can be found on half.com or amazon. I've had it on my shelf since last year. It's a small book so I think it's doable. They focus on health anxiety and it reinforces many of the skills we have learned in the program. I have made great strides since completing the program last year but this one I still wrestle with at tough times. I know it's a loaded issue but if anyone is interested, let me know. Maybe we could get a coach to join us for guidance? Thanks!
