I was just refered a book from my CBT program that I just started to attend today. I was just wondering if anyone has read this book and there opinion on it. It's called: The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne. Thnak you.

I use this workbook along with the program...the content is very similar and it is a great reference. I would highly recommend it to anyone in this program!

I have begun using this workbook as well. I find it to be very helpful and informative. It was recommended to me by a friend who is a psychologist.

I read a book thats been out for 30 years the power of positive thinking. I used it with my session work books and tapes. It essentially tells you to do the same thing. by Dr Norman Vincent Peele chech it out.
