Hi Everyone. I have another recommendation. I am currently reading a great self-help book with a Christain author. The book is "Changes That Heal" by Dr. Henry Cloud. Dr. Cloud ties together the Christian faith with the science of psychology. It deals with all sorts of emotional issues from anxiety, depression, addiction, etc...in a way that is not condesending or preaching.
