It has been my experience that we need to be careful of the books we read. There are many that write books only to tell you what you want to hear and are saying absolutly nothing. I am reading a book written from two well respected author's and Christian writters from the Minrith-Meier Clinic. This book is a highly suggested readind on the subject of Depression.
