Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone is similiar to me and not angry. I am anxious all the time because of a phobia of public speaking, and pressures from work related to this. It all started last year and I got over it, but it came back about 5 weeks ago. I've listened to session 6 twice now and being angry does not apply to me. I just have anxiety (very bad anxiety at times). Should I move on to session 7 because I think that topic (Assertive Behavior) will really help me with my struggle with anxiety. Can anyone offer advice?

I would just keep going through the program.
Myself I do have anger issues.If any issues do come up for you at least you have the tools to work with.I started session 7 this week.Keep at it . Paul

I agree... follow the program as it's meant to be followed. It can't hurt..right.

I do have anger problems and look forward to learning how to stop my anger.

Good Luck with the public speaking...one of my issues also but don't have to do any at this time. WHEW!! I'm thankfull for that. LOL


BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!

I didn't really have any anger issues either so I substituted irritable or frustrated for anger and the session worked for these issues also.
