Hi everyone. I just started lesson 5 and thought I might try yoga. I have always wanted to try yoga. I am 53 and not in very good shape. Can anyone suggest a video that I can watch and work with? Thanks.
Peace,
Steve

My advice is to take a beginner class. You'll get individual support to make sure you are doing things correctly. You'll also start off slow, alot slower than the videos. You can get a video once you are comfortable with the postures and breathing. I love yoga. Everyone should do it!

Steve: go to your local library. They actually have some really great tapes you can check out! I live in an itty-bitty town and our library has tapes on Yoga, so give it a try. Let me know what you find out. I'm 22 and in not-so-great shape (I smoke...), so I'd like to try it as well.

I have the Rodney Yee tapes as well. The whole series is "Living Arts" and they are excellent. They have on specifically for beginners (like me ) You can get them through Chapters. Try it, they are wonderful!
