I listened to the tape this morning and heard that my usual breakfasts are not the best for optimal mood and focus. I generally have oatmeal (from the canister--contains no sugar or additives) and vanilla soy milk with a teaspoon of natural peanut butter. I like it and it works well.
Dr. Fisher was recommending tuna fish and other protein for breakfast, but that sounds extremely unappetizing to me.
Your soy milk and the peanut butter do have protein in them. But maybe just a tad more protein like sunset said some cottage cheese or maybe some string cheese. I think your breakfast sounds pretty good otherwise. Sherra
