I just came across a good article about exercise and depression. It talks about a study that shows exercise is as effective as zoloft at relieving depression. Thought I would share.

Add laughter and sunlight to that and you can throw your Zoloft and depression out the window.

Exercise is what I hate when I am anxious or depressed. If I do it first thing in the morning before my mind wakes up, I am one step ahead! Bring the body, the mind will follow... and a happier one at that.
