Hi,

I am starting the program again after several years. I am missing tapes (cassette) 5 & 6. Will I still be sucessful without them? I really cannot afford to re-purchase the entire system again, and MWC doesn't sell them individually.

Hi Sandymay,

You can purchase replacement tapes from the center. I know the cd's are around 20.00 each, tapes may be less. Call the center and check.
I really feel you need all sessions to be fully successfull with the program.
Go to Forums and there is a post from administration with a phone number to call. I don't want to give you the wrong number.

Thanks Monty'smom. I did email them, and got a reply back from Darla (Darla@stresscenter.com) and she told me that the center didn't sell individual tapes in the series anymore...just the relaxation tape/cd.
