Hi,
Since my anxiety started I've had really horrible PMS so I decided to give a go for vitamin B6 as instructed in session 5. I took 100mg once a day for 10 days before the period and stopped once the period started. The good news are that I hardly had any PMS before the period and I felt better than in years. The only little thing it did, I kept waking up at night, but if I can get away without having PMS and stay awake an hour during 4 nights, this is my thing. The bad news is that some of my down moods, anxiety and depression come around the 3rd day of the period. So after I stopped the B6, I got extremely anxious on day 3 for a few days. My scary, obsessive thoughts increased very much and I was very depressed. Does anyone know if I should keep taking B6 until the end of the period? Maybe if I started it like 3-4 days later so I'd take it 6-7 days before and 4-5 days during the period. Is it okay to take it like that? I know 100mg of B6 is very high because I read on the internet that the normal intake is about 0.5mg per day. Thank you all! |
