Hey all, just wanted to share something with you, yesterday I was a mess, lot of stress and anxiety, different things dealing with my sons IEP meeting expecting bad news, getting bad new etc. anyway I went home my chest was so tight it hurt, my head hurt, my stomache I was so dizzy I barely could stand, spaced out to the max and I just laid down on my couch and thought I just want to stay here for the rest of the night, well something forced me to get up, change into my exercise clothes and work out to my 8 minute ab and buns tapes, then I went and worked out on my total gym and lifted some weights. I felt better, at first I felt funny working off the adreneline but after a while it did get better. I felt pretty good the rest of the day and night. Today I am going to go home and work out again.
Well just wanted to share that with you all
Thank you for listening ,
Take care, God Bless
Lisa

Awesome! I have done the same thing before. Been sick and feeling terrible and told my hubby I have to hit the treadmill! And it always helps. Keep it up! Reena

Hi Tawny!

It really does work. If I don't exercise for 2 days I'm ready to jump out of my skin.

I'll never forget one night I was an emotional wreck and couldn't figure out why. Then the light bulb went off that I hadn't ran in a week. I headed for the track and tears were flowing the first couple of laps. It was night thank goodness so no one would see me!Then I took off like the wind. Talk about some pent up adrenaline! I felt wonderful afterwards!

I think the hardest part is just getting out the door but, boy is it worth it!

Keep it up!

Peace and Bright Blessings,
