Please read what I posted under General Comments on the Wrinkle Cure. This has made a big differance in how I feel and how I look. I know longer look like I'm stressed, depressed or tired!

Hi Victoria,
I want to thanks for the info. I, too, look very stressed and tired...lol. Sometimes I think I wear my anxiety all over my face!!!!

This maybe a dumb question,(don't know if this will apply, but what does this book say to do about undereye circles? What kind of vitamins does it say to take?

Hi Sky,
I don't remember that. However, the woman he put on the 72 hour diet looked so old she was asked if she was a senior when she wasn't. After trying his diet and face preparations she went to her class reunion and everyone thought she looked great.

My friend has olive skin and dark circles under her eyes and told me that they lightened after eating the salmon.

I think everyone will react differently depending on your skin color and condition and how much you do of the things he suggests.

But yes stress can give a hagged look. And all I know is I don't look tired anymore. And my skin looks smoother. Perhaps I don't have as dark circles on the insides of the eyes as previously. I was more interested in the lines. But over-all I think I cut some years of my face in less than a week!
