Oh my goodness! I've been avoiding exercise for the past 8+ months. I never felt the need to do it 'cause I wasn't overweight and I'm still young enough that I don't have to worry about a heart attack or anything. I also had a huge "what if" about passing out when I exercised. I decided to start working my way back into daily exercise about 3 days ago and they certainly aren't lying when they say it makes you feel so much better. In this short amount of time my anxiety has already decreased so much. If anyone is out there and still a little iffy about it, I say go for it!! Now I'm just wondering why on earth I didn't do this sooner!!

Great news Tiffany!!

They always say that the there are 2 very easy ways to reduce anxiety and stress and people don't do them because they don't believe it will work....

That would be rest and exercise!!

Welcome to the real world. I love to walk, dance and garden. It's invigorating isn't it?

Good for you Tiffany!

Exercising is like a natural tranquilizer. AND you stay in shape! It has always made my anxiety more manageable. I cross train to make it more fun too! Walk, run, bike ride, hike, jump rope...I don't think there is any excuse for not doing something. It does do wonders!

Keep it up!
