Thanks for the link. I have been trying to move my diet away from processed foods to a more natural diet because I have food allergies. I have gotten a lot of relief from anxiety just from making changes in my diet.
I also want to remind people that food allergies can really bring on anxiety attacks. If you are someone who also has a history of allergies/sinus problems/congestion you might want to check with an allergist about food alleriges. Wheat and soy seem to the big ones for triggering panic for me. |
