just a quick tip that i think is so very key,....water!drink it! and lots of it! i even find that water helps with my cravings....i drink water insted of eating masive amounts, the water fills me up and i stop thinking "IWANTIWANTIWANT!!!!!" it so very nifty.
and besides it is so vey good for you! so drink up! |

very good point doylers, but pee,pee,pee= getting out the toxins, so BRING IT ON!!! ..GRUNTGRUNT...ok, i'm done now!
sandygirl, you bring up a good point too, it can be a comfort, but when my mouth decides to go dry it does it BIG time!!!!!! and i usualy need more then water but woohoo for you! on finding something that works! loveness, huntie |
