I think you are confusing your heart racing while dancing with the palpitations from anxiety.

Do you have the program? Do the relaxation tape/cd?

Hello Tahhira,
i understand that i get symptoms when i feel anxious, but why do i get the same feeling when im doing something i really enjoy, why would i associate panic (bad) Eeker with my dancing Big Grin (which i luv & enjoy), i have ordered the programme thru a friend in USA as it is not sent to Ireland where i live? Frowner
I feel panicky when there is no reason to, why is this, feel totally lost & confused.
Hoping the CD`s will help to explain why my life has gone from beig active & happy to scared & cut off in just a few weeks. Eeker
Am i always gonna be like this now.

no, there is help, hoepfully you ge the program soon, but in the meantime I suggest using this forum and the chat to talk about what is bothering you with the other users.

I meant that excitement and anxiety often produce the same physical symptoms, and if you are afraid of your "heart racing" when you are anxious, you also might be afraid of your "heart racing" when you exercise.

Can you talk to a therapist/counselor in Ireland?
