Hi All,
I am just starting week 5 this week. I have been starting to exercise about two weeks ago and that seems to be helping. I do 20 minutes on my stepper sun-thurs, and do 50 crunches in the morning and at night. I have noticed that I do feel much better. I am working hard on getting better. I am also a smoker and would like to quit, any advice on this would be helpful. Good luck to everyone Peace and Hugs, Barbara |

Going on 8 days of no panic attacks! I have felt a little uncomfortable at times, but havent gone full blown in awhile! Am very proud of myself!!! Have to work on cutting out the sweets, caffeine wasnt a problem to stop, but the sweets are... I am teacher, so I get lots of candy as gifts! |
