How does diet play a part? I mean, I do yoga, but not every day. Guess I should skip to 6. Ideas?
Oh, and the only caffeine I have is chocolate. How much caffeine does chocolate really have? |

Diet and exercise play a very big role in our daily lives when dealing with anxiety. It makes sense to me that caffeine and sugar raises anxiety levels because i'm already a non-caffeine person, and i notice immediate affects if i do have a regular soda-pop. It kicks up the adrenaline which makes us feel uncomfortable, or thus anxious. Chocolate, may not have as much caffeine as in coffee or pop, but its the mix of caffeine and sugar that is bad and that's what chocolate is!
Just try to reduce intake slowly, don't quit cold turkey. God Bless!! ~Jason |
