I've been making a point of doing a rigorous work-out, almost daily, and it really takes away any tension. Afterwards I have this euphoric feeling and feel so relaxed. I even find that when I'm in the middle of an attack that a hard work-out will take it right down

Ya Jer,
I know what you mean, exercise is great. I don't exercise much, but a few runs around the block can really lift me up, I'm trying to do this a few times a week. |
