I tried the 'Good Days' vitamins sent as an added part of the program, but I didn't see any changes so I discontinued them.

I did change over to Costco's Multivitamin/mineral supplements AND their B-50 supplements. It seems that about the same time I started taking them, I started to get tired in the evening (which I usually have to stay up until midnight before I'm ready for bed). I have fine energy throughout the day, but start to poop out in the evening, which is a nice change.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced this since taking vitamins? It's a welcome change for sure, I'm just not sure if it is related to the program, all my other added efforts at fixing myself or to the vitamins maybe giving me enough engergy for the day, then they wear off in the evening.

I'm curious. Any thoughts?

Hello Diane, first of all i am happy to hear that the vitamins are workig for you, I have tried all sorts of different types, I am currently taking Pre-natals, cause they have all the essential vitamins, I think? I have tried the Vitamin B-100 but I feel like I am bouncing off the wall with them, to much energy and I am not equipped with it. The vitamins that you are taking do they make you feel good? Cause they sound great! I have a hard time sleeping and well a lot of anxiety. I have a 2 and 4 year old, so I need to feel good. Thanks for any advice. Yours trully Diana

Diana,
Well, I'm not tired during the day but I'm also not bouncing off the walls either. I don't FEEL extra energy or anything, just that I'm not tired. The tired feelings hit me around 7 p.m. which is very nice. It's been sooooo long since I've been able to sleep good. Try a small bottle of B-50 vitamins from any local drugstore. Let me know if they have the same effect on you : enough energy for the day and tired at night.
Diane
