I just wanted to brag a bit here. As of Thurs. this week I will have been excercising every day for a year, excluding Christmas Day. I first started the week I first got the program a year ago, at which time I was in the middle of a VERY BAD time in my life. I am still not totally free, but in the year since then I have come a long way. I am very proud of myself and wanted to share it with all of you. Especially you new ones. I was a total basket case when I started and while I still have struggles, I am considerably improved. I totally credit the program and the excercise for it. And if I can do it anyone can do it. I have gained back what I lost almost 20 years ago and I have tentative plans for some more advanced goals in the coming monthes and years in the excercise realm. SOOOOO,,,
congratualations to myself. I feel I deserve it. And thank you all. |
