Ok, I keep hearing everyone say "exercise, exercise, exercise".

Can anyone honestly tell me if exercise really relieves/eliminates anxiety?

I've never been one who gets excited about exercising. Actually, it's more of a chore for me. I do the treadmill & yoga. No significant changes, but I must be honest, I'm not that consistent because I don't enjoy it at all!

Waiting to hear from you....

TVGIRL1,

Exercise does help relieve some of my anxiety when I do it. I too am not consistent. When I exercise on the treadmill I can tell the difference in my anxiety level. It's not an easy thing for me to exercise, to be honest with you I don't get excited about it either. Razzer I hope it helps a little to know exercise helps relieve anxiety-maybe if you could do it a few times a week instead of every day it would help you with anxiety. Smiler

All my best for the New Year!
