Hi all! I just started Weight Watchers this week. I was wondering if there was anyone else on the program??? If so let me know, either on here, or by e-mail (cysmith5150@excite.com). Thanks!

Hi - I did Weight Watchers and lost 35 pounds most of which I've kept off for about three years. It is a great program and helps you to learn to eat healthy. Good Luck!

Hi Cindy,
I'm just using your posted thread to share this thought. I too am a woman who cares about my weight including my looks. I think that the ppsitive side of caring is that we do something about it. But loosing and keeping weight off is not easy. This is not discouraging it is just that we know that we're not alone. And if you live in Florida or California where there are beaches then you are more aware of a couple of inches. Actually size 12 and 14 are considered average sizes from what I understand. When I get too concerned about my appearance I find comfort knowing that my hair, garments, and weight aren't for me the most important thing. What's important is the "secret person of the heart in the incorruptible [apparel] of the quiet and mild spirit, which is of value in God's eyes." -- 1 Peter 3: 3, 4. Cindy from what I know of you, you have a mild spirit. Me? I sometimes talk too much. LOL. I'm working on my "mild spirit." Take Care, Victoria ------------------ Victoria |
