I read an advertisement in Better Home and Gardens that stated that when one has stress they can have tummy and weight gain and bloating. I'm watching my diet, done sit-ups and I have this problem. Any suggestions of any herb or other to take?

yes! Barleygreen! It's so good for you!!!!!!!
It's like eating mega amounts of raw vegetables. I believe 1 tsp. of Barleygreen is equivalent to 2 heads of broccoli. Since I hold stress in my stomach and have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I have dealt with painful bloating in my stomach. The barleygreen has taken care of all that. I don't have a problem with flatulence at all.

You may also consider drinking more water. It is said that people don't drink enough of it. My dad once told me that the body is like a dirty sponge. He said "it needs a good rinse every day." Ever since then I have been a drinker of water.

Thank you Sunset,
I've been drinking green barely for years. But now that I think about it I haven't the last couple of days. And although I drink lots of water, I've been slacking. Thanks for the reminder.

This is so interesting. I have all my weight in my tummy as well. By mid day I am so bloated that my back actually hurts from carrying around my stomach! Sometimes by the end of the day I look in the mirror and honestly look like I am 5 mos. pregnant. Kee me up to date on anything that works.

Is this supplement safe? I am so nervous about stuff that could be harmful.

irish thanks for the reply.
Find it helps to eat early and several small meals a day. I stay away from gassy foods like onions broccolli and cabbage. Eat cumcumbers, watermellon, cellery, lots of water and walk.
