I just had to tell you guys that i have started the sugar busters diet, and i have been working out. I have lost 6 pounds in 2 days and i feel great, i have so much energy and i just feel really at peace (i hope it lasts). Guys exercise and eating right reall really works.

Hi Cara Bella, I have not heard of this diet, would you mind telling me a bit about the basic rules of it. Did you find it difficult to use? Given the title I imagine you must have cut out all sugar, carbs too? or are you allowed whole grain/ whole wheat carbs?

The sugar busters diet is basically like atkins, no carbs and no sugar, it's not hard to do because there are so many substitutes for the real thing. Its been a breeze for me. Just go to Sugarbusters.com. If anyone has any questions feel free to e-mail me, i can even help you with a shopping list if needed.

Here is another excellent site for eating it is called radiantrecovery.com based on the book potatoes not prozac. This site has wonderful recipes and ideas.
