Okay, folks... look alive, its...
Fitness Friday! (wild cheering and audience applause track playing) ...the day we post our progress (or struggles) regarding our fitness goals - and encourage each other to keep going! for abs:
"crunches" are good: (Like a sit-up, but lay on your back, cross your arms on your chest, and only raise your shoulders and shoulder blades off the floor.) This will get faster results than sit-ups because it works only the ab muscles, and doesn't employ the help of other muscles to get you up (as do sit-ups.) ...but then, maybe you know this already? |
