Zoe,
Yes,I have the program and it has opened my eyes to a lot of things. I went through the entire program and I need to go through it again.It's hard work to put it into practice but I know it pays off to put the effort in to it. I had my first panic attack in May of 2000 totally freaked me out! But now I know why and how I can change my thinking and the things I can do t help myself. It's just so good to know I'm not going crazy ad that I'm ok. I really like this forum and all the support that is here. thanks. |
