Hey all, me again, lol. Thanksgiving is a few days away, what will you eat? Will you eat like you normally used to? This is so hard for me. I'm addicted to food. Sweets and fried foods especially. I LOVE pumpkin pie with whipped cream. OH man, this is going to be HARD. How about you all? I've been eating so much better, haven't had sugar or chocolate for almost 2 weeks, I think. Also haven't been eating fried foods, except for last night when I had french fries from a fast food joint, D'oh!

P.S. also been exercising 5 times a week. I've lost appox. 15 pounds since I started the program again which was around the last day of September I think.

Congradulations on losing 15 lbs. That is wonderful! I am from the south so fried food and sweet stuff is all we have for Thanksgiving. What I'm going to do this year is avoid the sweets. I have found that sugar really effects me and I tend to binge when I have sugar. I'll check out the dessert menu, then choose one little piece of something that is my favorite, w/ whip cream. I will allow myself that indulgence.

I think it's ok to have something sweet ~ as long as you don't over indulge! I have the biggest sweet tooth ever & it always works against me in the end. I almost always end up over indulging! So I suppose it's easier said than done, lol!

I'm going to have one piece of pie with my grandma's home made whipped cream. I cannot resist.
