Recently I joined a weight loss program and am finding that the changes in diet are helping tremendously with the anxiety and depression. This program takes something from every different aspect of weight loss such as; supplements with natural ingridients, meal replacement shakes, snacks and overall healthy eating from all of the food groups, limiting caffeine, drinking plenty of water and eating frequently so that you don't overeat. I've always wondered if I had food allergies but was never tested and the differences I feel from making these changes have been wonderful. I know I have a long way to go for the weight loss but I'm sure it will happen for me. I invested in the midwest program and saw results from that so this weight loss program is just another investment in how I feel. Yes it costs money but we're all looking for answers which is why we're here and we're all worth it. The program is called LA Weight Loss if anyone is interested. I think just like the midwest program is telling us is that we have to do a combination of things and always keep working at it and never give up.
