I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOOZE WT. FOR YRS NOW, I HAVE LOST 70 POUNDS BEFORE ABOUT 5 YRS AGO.AND IM LIKE 3 POUNDS FROM GAINING EVERY THING BACK. AND TODAY I REALLY TOOK A LOOK AT ME AND THOUGHT WOW ITS NOT LIKE IM NOT REALLY TRYING,CUZ I AM BUT IM STILL GAINING WT. I RELIZE I HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON IN MY LIFE BUT, I CANT SEEM TO KEEP FOOD OUT OF MY HANDS, EATTING WHEN IM NOT HUNGRY, SO I RELIZE IM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTION. BUT IT IS SO LIKE A DRUG FOR ME FOOD MAKES ME SO HAPPY, AND WHEN I NOW I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT I EAT I GET UPSET ANGRY, MAD EVEN, I CANT HAVE WHAT I REALLY WANT. SO I RELIZED ITS SO MUCH BIGGER THEN ME. I DO HAVE PANIC ATTACKS AND AGROPHOBIA. FOR MANY MANY YRS.IM SURE THAT PLAYS A BIG PART IN MY OVER EATTING. I CANT SEEM TO FIND A HAPPY MEDIUM. I DREAM ABOUT BEING HEATHLY AND LOOKING GOOD IN JEANS.
I THINK IM 31 AND I NEED TO DO IT NOW ILL ONLY LOOK GOOD A FEW MORE YRS BEFORE THE WRINKLES START SETTING IN.
I KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO I CAN KEEP SAYING IT ALL DAY LONG, I DO PUT EFFORT IN TRYING, BUT I FIND MY SELF LOOZING WITH EVEY MEAL. AND ITS SO HARD FOR ME TO TURN GOOD FOOD AWAY.

My girlfriend is trying to lose weight also. She is also a big junk food junkie. She has been walking and such, but she has also changed her diet. She feels alot better and has alot more energy. The diet, well, it's not really a diet more like a way of life, is called Macrobiotics. I am trying to do it myself but it is hard. There are tons of books on this and there is even a school in Mass. somewhere. It is called the Kushi Institute, which is named after the man who founded it and wrote countless books on it, and they also have a web site address, which I will post at the end fo this reply. This diet is very different from anything I have ever seen, and some of the foods are way out there, but, if you are really serious about this, I would at least try it out. Don't let the food scare you, it's all good for you. Some of it can be hard to get used to, but most of it is really good. It is just a suggestion. I don't know everything about this, but if you want to know of some books, I'll gladly give you the titles to them.
