I was doing really well yesterday my obsessive thoughts seemed to not be bothering too much. They were there but I was allowing them to flow in and out with rather ease. Then I had pop with lunch. Now this could all be mental but it started to make me feel bad a little while later. I know some people react to cafeine differntly than others. I beginning to think it pumps up my anxiety. I tried to stay away from all sugars today and I feel alot better. Is this my mind playing tricks on me or is there something to this? If anyone has any idea about this or goes throught the same thing let me know.

uh huh. i've avoided ("soda", coffee, etc.), having them only every few months, since childhood--cause i could feel the effects--seriously.
